By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Cactus mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cactus is an AI-powered personal assistant application that provides:

• Conversational AI chat functionality
• Task management and organization
• Calendar integration and scheduling
• Voice input and speech recognition
• Personal productivity tools

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cactus. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Account Security

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
